The committee tasked with developing a five year strategic plan for Clare GAA will address next months county board meeting.
It’s after the nine-person panel was ratified by delegates last night. Recent reports on the workings of Clare GAA were also discussed, with a number of delegates urging a relaxation of online commentary now that the group has been ratified, in order to forge a path forward.
Following this weekend’s admission by the Clare County Board that it had no financial oversight of a fundraising committee that supported the Clare hurlers between 2012 and 2015, the Tulla delegate also asked that the County Board engage their auditor to review the accounts – a proposal which went unanswered.
