Over three quarters of Clare’s vacant commercial properties have been left lying idle for more than three years.
The latest report from the Geo Directory shows Clare’s long term vacancy rate is among the highest in the country.
The number of empty business properties only dropped marginally in the last quarter of 2017, compared to the same period in 2016.
