Jean Hanrahan, from Quin, had to bring her daughter Orla to University Hospital Limerick recently.
Orla, who has special needs, ended up facing a lengthy wait on a trolley in UHL.
Jean posted about their experience on Facebook, sharing what she saw: corridors lined with trolleys, patients who didn’t have a trolley sitting on chairs, and no privacy for patients, amongst other issues.
