Former Secretary of the Clare Roots Society, Clara Hoyne will be giving a talk, entitled ‘Your Irish Ancestors: Getting Started on Your Family Tree.
Clara explained that it’s a brilliant activity to do for the Winter Months and highlighted that you can start with a blank slate or with a bit of knowledge.
Jane spoke about the detective side of the process.
The first meeting will take place on Thursday, the 21st of September at 7.30pm, at the Clare Education Centre, Kilrush Road, Ennis.
