On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Tom McEvoy of Pieta House and Darkness Into Light Committee member Mary Howard. They discussed the upcoming annual Darkness Into Light walk organised by Pieta House which is taking place in six locations throughout County Clare in 2023. Tom previewed the walk which provides people an opportunity to come together and share their own personal stories in a relaxed manner. He believes that the walk itself offers hope and a new beginning for those who may be struggling. Mary discussed her privilege to be involved in the Darkness Into Light Ennis Committee and made reference to the start and finish point of the walk in Ennis.
