On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Dóirín Graham who is the Chief Executive for the Clare Local Development Company. Dóirín discussed the invite being issued by the Clare Local Development Company to the people living in local communities throughout County Clare. This is in order for the public to have their say and to help shape the new LEADER programme which will be set out by the Clare Local Development Company. She mentioned the series of public meetings that are set to take place across the county in the month of April. She stated the importance of the LEADER programme which has been delivered for the past 31 years and highlighted how vital it is for local people to have their opinions heard regarding the programme which will be published in July 2023. Dóirín also spoke about the online surveys which also can be completed in order to help shape the programme and previewed the online consultation which will take place on May 3rd.
