On Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Maeve Sheridan of the Western Herd Brewery and is the Organiser of the Clare Food and Drink Fleadh. Frank Landy who is the owner of Sweet n Green restaurant in Ennis also joined the chat. The duo discussed the upcoming Clare Food and Drink Fleadh 2023 which is set to begin on May the 5th. Maeve looked ahead to the three day event and explained the level of preparation that is currently ongoing. She believes that the event is an excellent way of showcasing food and drink producers in the banner county. She also outlined the series of events and activities that will take place throughout the course of the three days. Frank spoke about the food workshop he will be hosting at the Fleadh where he will giving top nutrition tips and meal plans to assist people in their daily lives.
