On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by John O’Connell and Josephine Lynch who are the co-founders of CW Applied based in Shannon. They reflected on the positive programme CW Applied are partaking in called the Accelerate Green programme from Bord Na Móna. The programme aims to help sustainable businesses thrive through mentoring and practical workshops. John outlined the history of CW Applied and stated the companies objectives that they set out with 8 years ago. He noted some of the aspects of the business that have improved as a result of partaking in the programme. Josephine insisted that the company is only half way on their journey of where they wish to be and gave details regarding the type of work CW Applied are carrying out currently.
