Clare Boy A Hero After Saving Mother’s Life

On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Ben Holland and his mother Jennie Kiely.

Ben, a young boy from Killaloe is being hailed as a hero, after helping to save his mother’s life.

Ben sprang into action and contacted emergency services after his mother Jennie collapsed last September.

Ben has since been recognised for his heroics with a National Ambulance Service Bravery Award.
