Clare Activists Up In Arms Over Amendments To Climate Bill

Clare activists are up in arms over amendments to the Climate Action Bill which were proposed and passed last Friday in the Seanad and passed in the Dáil last night.

Some of the leading climate experts in the country have accused the last minute amendments as ‘gutting’ the bill.

On Thursday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Theresa O’Donohoe, an environmental activist in Lisdoonvarna to speak about the latest developments.
