Carbon Budget Reaction

With the recent reports stating that the Climate Change Advisory Council is seeking to reduce Ireland’s greenhouse gas emissions by 51% within a decade we will be talking about the feasibility of this projected figure for different sectors.

The first five-year budget will require cuts of 4.8 percent a year compared with emissions in 2018, with a yearly reduction of 8.4 percent planned after 2025
