Callout For Banner Entries For 2019 Women In Farming Awards

The Corrib Oil 2019 Women in Farming Awards are just around the corner now.

With a €1,000 prize, it’s certainly a worthwhile venture but the main aim behind it is to encourage more women into the agriculture sector and show young girls that they are more than capable of working in a male-dominated industry.

Last year’s winner Mona O’Donoghue-Concannon is on this week’s podcast (from 7:51) to tell us more.
