The Burren Food Fayre is coming up at the end of the month with the Burren Cattle Drive.
For more on these events, on Monday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined in studio by Jarlath O’Dwyer, CEO of Burren Ecotourism Network and Michael Davoren a Burren farmer and one of the organisers of the Winterage Cattle Drive.

Michael Shannon who (along with his wife Alice Shannon) is hosting this year’s cattle drive and Vera Muir from the Clare Jam Company who are members of the Burren Ecotourism Network and recent winners of a Gold Award at Blas na hEireann, also joined the chat.
