On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined live in studio by Bríd O’ Donoghue who is a spiritual healer and author. Bríd discussed her new book called ‘The Mystery Of The Sensitive Child’ and looked ahead to her upcoming book signing which is set to take place in the Lahinch Bookshop at 3pm on Saturday 15th of April. She described the book itself which was written in an attempt to raise awareness for sensitive children who are anxious or overwhelmed by their environment. She mentioned the various suggestions, exercises, practical tools and strategies included in the book which will help children in dealing with the challenges of everyday life.
