On Wednesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Dr. Mary Ryan who is the author of ‘It’s Probably Your Hormones’, Consultant Endocrinologist at the Bon Secours Hospital in Limerick, Senior Lecturer, International Speaker and TV expert. Mary looked ahead to the upcoming menopause clinic that she is set to host along with menopause expert Lorraine Keane and nutritionist Sarah Brereton. Mary outlined the aim of the event which is to educate women about menopause while encouraging them to speak with others about the topic in a relaxed environment. She also mentioned the various symptoms of menopause and advised anyone who may be worried to contact their GP.
