In 2013 and 2014, Elio Pace was invited to fill Billy Joel’s place in five reunion concerts in the USA with Joel’s original 1971-1972 touring band. Since then, Pace has gone on to create a show to celebrate the work of Billy Joel and won praise from music heavyweights such as Brian May, Huey Lewis, Chris de Burgh and broadcaster Sir Terry Wogan. Elio joined Gavin to talk about The Billy Joel Songbook show which will be coming to Ennis next month.
