On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, the Best of Clare Awards 2023 was officially launched. Alan was joined by Peter Murphy who is the Marketing Manager at EI Electronics in Shannon along with Padraic Flaherty who is the Clare FM Programming Director. Padraic reflected on the success of the 2022 Best of Clare Awards which is Clare FM’s way of awarding and recognising individuals and organisations throughout the banner county. Last year thousands of nominations were received and the event proved to be a huge success. Padraic described the nomination process for the awards which will begin on Monday 17th of April. He highlighted the various categories that will be open for nomination including new additional categories. Peter described his excitement surrounding EI Electronics being the main sponsor of the awards for 2023. EI Electronics are an integral employer throughout Clare and are eager to give back to the local community.
