On Friday’s Morning Focus, Alan Morrissey was joined by Yarolslav Shcherbyn, who traveled from Dnipro in Eastern Ukraine to Kilkee with his mother and brother, claimed the lead role in the upcoming production of The Hysterical History of The Trojan War.
The Ukrainian community in Kilkee, in association with Clare Youth Theatre, are putting on a short play at 2pm and 7pm on this Saturday the 19th of August at Cultúrlann Sweeney.
Yarolslav discussed how his living conditions have improved since we last spoke with him when he first arrived in Ireland. He also spoke about his education and the friends he made.
Yarolslav explained that the play started off as an English lesson but eventually evolved into a short play.
