Reposing at Dalys Mortuary Chapel Francis Street Ennis on Monday evening from 5.30pm with removal to Barefield Church at 7.30pm.
Funeral mass on Tuesday at 11am with cremation to follow at Mount Jerome Crematorium on Wednesday, leaving Barefield Church at 10.30am.
No flowers please, donations if desired to Milford Hospice.
