Pat passed peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family.
Predeceased by his sons PJ and Darren, his parents PJ and Breda. Sadly missed by his loving daughters Sammie and Nadine, stepdaughter Cleo, Sammie’s partner Ryan, Claire, Rosemarie, his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing in Queally’s Funeral Home Miltown Malbay on Monday evening 3rd November from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Cremation on Tuesday 4th November at 3pm in Shannon Crematorium.
Family flowers only.
