Peacefully at home in Mountrivers, Doonbeg, County Clare, surrounded by his loving children and grandchildren. Husband of the late Elizabeth (Betty) McInerney.
Deeply regretted by his children Francis, Áine, Michael, Catherine, Pádraig and Rita; his grandchildren Darragh, Ross, Maeve, Mark and Alana; Oran and Eva; Joshua and Oisín; Michéal, Jane and Ronán; and Harrison; daughters-in-law Dianne, Martina and Sandra; sons-in-law Dara and Paddy, Rita’s partner Karl. Sadly missed by his relatives, friends and neighbours.

Murt will be reposing at The Church of Our Lady Assumed into Heaven Doonbeg, (V15 A895) on Tuesday 8th July from 5pm to 8pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday 9th July at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Doonbeg cemetery.

As a mark of respect McInerney’s XL Doonbeg will be closed on Tuesday 8th July from 4pm and all day on Wednesday 9th July.
