Monica O’Loughlin (née Phelan) – Cappahard, Tulla Rd., Ennis, Co. Clare & formerly of Kilbarry, Co. Waterford – Nov.22nd. Peacefully in the loving care of the staff in the Hazel Unit St. Joseph’s Hospital Ennis surrounded by her family in her 90th year.
Predeceased by her sisters Myra, Kathleen, Marcella, Joan & Leecha, brother Sonny & son-in-law Liam.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Michael, daughter Martina, sons Christopher, Michael & David, daughters-in-law Rhona, Bernie & Helen, grandchildren Eanna, Aoibhinn, James, Sinead, Niamh, Ella, Nora, Tadhg & Annie, sisters Nonie & Delia, brother James, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends & neighbours.
