Longest serving member of Airport Police Fire and Rescue Service in Ireland and long serving member of The Naval Reserve (An Slua Muiri). 3rd December 2024, died peacefully at his daughter’s residence in Cratloe.
Beloved husband of the late Anne (née Bugler) and beautiful baby son. Cherished father of Josefa, Michael, Siobhán, David and Donncha. Sadly missed by his loving sons-in-law Kevin and Rob, daughters-in-law Karen, Anne and Jessica, grandchildren Lauren, Patrick, Kieran, Kevin, Oisín, Eimear, Conor, Annabelle, Isabelle, Daithí, Finn, Moya, Lucy and Aoibhe, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Limerick on Friday evening (6th December) from 5.00pm to 6.30pm followed by removal to Christ the King Church, Caherdavin. Arriving at 7pm approx.
Requiem Mass on Saturday (7th December) at 10am with burial afterwards in Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery Extension.
Michael’s Requiem Mass will be live streamed online.
