It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maureen Scarry (nee Purcell) Cronan Gardens, Shannon, Co. Clare. Peacefully in the exceptional care of the extraordinary staff at The Elderly Care Unit, Ennis, Co. Clare on October 31st, 2026
Predeceased by her beloved husband Butch, her sons Martin and Patrick, parents Patrick and Helena, sisters Phil, Eileen and Breda, brothers Nicholas, Patrick, Richard, and Seamus.
Maureen will be deeply missed by her cherished daughter Sandra, precious grandson Adam, brother Charles, sister Kathleen, nieces, nephews her wider family members, many friends and kind neighbours.
Death Notice Maureen will repose in Mc Mahon’s Funeral Home Shannon on Monday November 2nd from 6.00pm to 7.30pm followed by removal to Ss. John and Paul Church. Funeral Mass on Tuesday November 3rd at 11.30am followed by burial in Lemenagh Cemetery Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare.
