Reposing at O'Callaghans Funeral Home Tulla on Tuesday evening from 4pm with removal at 7pm to St Peter and Pauls Church Tulla.
Funeral mass on Wednesday at 11am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Tallaght Childrens Hospital.
