Mary Cunningham nee Hogan
Finian Park Shannon and formerly of Camas, Bruff, Co. Limerick. Peacefully, in Carrigoran nursing home surrounded by her loving family, and the incredible staff of St Theresa’s on 28th of October 2026.
Mary is predeceased by her loving husband John Cunningham and her beloved son Brian, son in law Mac, her brothers Eamon, Liam and Paud and by her sisters Kit and Anne.
Mary will be deeply missed by her heartbroken family: daughters Laurie and Geraldine, Geraldine’s partner Peter, sons Tommy and Alan, daughters in law Martina, Sharon and Sally. Her sisters Peggy, Phil and Tess, and brother Jackie. Her adored grandchildren; Kelly, Aaron, Jack, Tara, Lucy, Harry and Ella, her great grandchildren Tiarnàn, Seadna, Freddy and Lyra, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
May Mary’s gentle soul rest in peace.
Mary will repose in Mc Mahon’s funeral home Shannon on Saturday 31st October from 5:30pm to 7pm followed by removal to Ss. John and Paul Church.
Funeral Mass on Sunday 1st November at 10:30am followed by burial afterwards in Illaunmanagh Cemetery.
