Margaret (Peggy) Connolly nee Boland (Retired N.T. of Ennis National School), St. Patrick’s, Ard na Gréine, Ennis, Co. Clare.
26th October 2024 (peacefully) after a short stay at Cahercalla Community Care, in her 97th year, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Seán.Loving mother of Michael (Wicklow), Anne McCormack (Ennis), Marie (Lissane, Clarecastle), Sarah Barnes (Ennis) and Enda (Dublin).
Sadly missed by her children, sons-in-law Pat, Brian and Paraic, daughters-in-law Ita and Ruth, her adored grandchildren Síomha, Fergal, Oisín, Evan, Sorcha, Aimee, Aaron, Meghan, Stuart, Sarah-Kate, Jack, Isabel and Rachel, seven great-grandchildren Annabelle, Seán Óg, Maggie, Lottie, Croía, Bowie and J.J., sister Bríd Meaney (Stillorgan, Dublin), nephews, nieces, extended family, her wonderful home carers Caroline (Gormely), Mary (Lynch) and Lyza (Tabbal), neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements:
Reposing at her residence (V95 DF2N) Monday (28th October) from 4 pm until 7 pm.
Arriving at Ennis Cathedral on Tuesday (29th October) for 11 am Funeral Mass.
Followed by cremation service in Shannon Crematorium at 1 pm.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Cahercalla Community Care.
