Peacefully, in the loving care of her family and pre-deceased by her husband Chris, parents, Tom and Mary Cusack, brother Michael, sister Mary and son in law, Nöel.
Sadly missed by her loving children Jimmy, Ann, Clare, Francis, Declan, Joseph and Caroline, her grandchildren David, James, Áine, Iarlaith, Oisín, Aoibhín, Ailbhe, Doireann, Cathal, Gráinne, Éanna, Christopher, Cian, Meaghan, Saileóg, Cillian, Ciara, Joey, Robyn and Heidi and great grandchildren Hanorah, Líobhan, Isla and Séan, her sister Kathleen, brothers in law Frank and Paschal, sons in law, daughters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at St. Patrick’s Church, New Quay on Thursday evening from 4 to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon, followed by burial in Corcomroe Abbey
