Dr. Eileen Hassett (née O’Neill)

Eileen passed away peacefully at Carrigoran Nursing Home.
Predeceased by her husband John L. (January 2022) and their son Paddy (2011). Much loved mother of Margaret, Mary, Eileen, Úna and Johnny. Deeply regretted by her brother Paddy, sister Anne, brothers-in-law James, Paddy and Frank Hassett, John Rooney, sisters-in-law Peg and Úna, her adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews and the extended Hassett and O’Neill families, neighbours and wide circle of friends.
Reposing at her daughter Úna’s residence in Ballyhannon (V95 VA48) on Tuesday 1st March from 4pm to 7pm.
Eileen will also be reposing at the Abbey Room of Quin Community Hall on Wednesday from 10am to 12pm.
Funeral Mass on Wednesday 2nd March at 12.30pm in St Mary’s Church, Quin. Burial after Mass at Kildrum Cemetery.
