Brid Hickey
Clareville Court, Glasnevin, Dublin and late of Lower Feakle, Feakle, Co. Clare.
Brid passed away peacefully after a long illness bravely borne, in the loving and expert care of the
staff of St. Francis’ Hospice, Blanchardstown, Dublin.
Predeceased by her parents Paddy and Mary and her sister Anne.
Deeply regretted by her heartbroken and loving partner John Maples, brothers Gerard, John and
Pat and her sisters Mary, Antoinette and Teresa, her sister-in-law Phil and her brother-in-law
John, her cousins, the Maples family and her wide circle of close and cherished friends.
Her family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all those involved in
her care and treatment over the course of her life.
May Brid’s gentle soul find rest in the eternal peace and comfort of God.
Reposing at St. Mary’s Church, Feakle (V94 F9W3) from 5pm on Sunday 23rd August, with funeral prayers at 7pm.
Requiem Mass on Monday 24th August at 11.30am, followed by burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
