Children's Minister Katherine Zappone says she hopes the cabinet will reach a unified decision on an abortion bill.

Minister Zappone has been a supporter of the repeal the 8th campaign, but is expected to vote against a Bill calling for a referendum on the amendment.
The issue is up for discussion at this morning's cabinet meeting.
The Independent Alliance wants a free-vote on the AAA-PBP Bill – which is due before the Dail tonight.
But, Minister Katherine Zappone said the Citizen's Assembly must be allowed to do its work first
