Met Eireann has issued a high seas warning for the Clare coast.

The lowest-level status yellow warning has been issued for this afternoon and evening, for counties stretching from Cork to Mayo.
Forecasters say high seas, in conjunction with spring tides, are expected along west and southwest coasts, at the same time as gale force westerly winds.
The lowest level Status warning will be valid from 3:00 until 9:00 this evening.
Clare County Council says it does not foresee any significant flooding at this stage, but says it's important that those along the coast and the Shannon Estuary remain vigilant.
The Council will continue to monitor the situation and will issue further updates where necessary.
