Forecasters are warning of heavy rain in Clare over the next 24 hours, which could lead to river or localised flooding.
A status yellow weather alert has been issued, with heavy rain forecast across this county, as well as in Connacht, Cavan, Donegal and Kerry.
The alert comes into effect at 2 o’clock this afternoon and remains in place until the same time tomorrow.
