A low level yellow weather warning comes into effect for Clare from this afternoon.
Met Eireann is forecasting up to 40 millimetres of rain, with upland areas the worst affected.

The warning in in place from 2 o’clock this afternoon for 24 hours and also covers Galway, Limerick and Kerry.
