A yellow rain warning has been issued for Clare.
Met Éireann is warning that ‘heavy rain may lead to localised flooding’ across the Banner today, as well as in Kerry and Galway.
The forecaster is predicting brighter and sunnier conditions will follow towards the end of this week.

The rain warning for Clare will remain in effect between 12 noon today and 12 noon tomorrow.
