A Tallaght woman charged with assisting in the suicide of a MS sufferer two years ago is due to enter a plea in March.

Gail O’Rourke, from Kilclare Gardens, was arrested last month in connection with Bernadette Forde’s death.
The 42-year-old, who’s believed to be the first person in the state to be prosecuted for this offence, has been remanded on continuing bail.
