Widow Of Mick Ryan Files US Court Motion Claiming Rights Were ‘Violated’ After Boeing Process

The widow of the Lahinch engineer who lost his life in a plane crash in Ethiopia two years ago has filed a court motion in the US claiming the rights of victims and their families have been ‘violated’.

Micheál ‘Mick’ Ryan was one of 157 people on board Boeing 737 Max jet which crashed shortly after take off in March 2019, killing all on board.

It was the second major crash involving a Max aircraft in five months, with all 189 passengers and crew on an October 2018 flight killed when the plane crashed into the Java Sea in Indonesia.
