The PRO of Tuam Mother and Baby Home Alliance is criticising a decision to exclude those who spent less than six months in a Mother and Baby Home in a new form of redress.
The provision is contained in the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Bill which is making its way through the Oireachtas.
