Electrician Gerry Walshe of Lisdeen Road, Kilkee is one of two men who want to take a further case against the results of the referendum which was held in May.
The Supreme Court may deal with the applications without a hearing, just dealing with written submissions – appeals have already been rejected by the High Court and Court of Appeal.
