An 18 year old West Clare man has appeared in court following a seizure of cannabis with an estimated street value of €70,000.
Ronan Carroll of Cahermore, Cree is charged with the possession of the drug for sale or supply under Section 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Garda Brian O'Callaghan gave evidence of Ronan Carroll's arrest at Beechpark, Ennis on Thursday night.
He was granted bail at a special sitting of Ennis District Court this morning, and is due to-reappear before the court on January 21st.
