Community efforts to reduce levels of suicide in West Clare continue with an event in Spanish Point tonight.

The West Clare Taking Care group hopes their latest public meeting will open discussions on positive mental health, and also make people aware of the supports and outlets available to people suffering from depression.
The event at the Armada Hotel begins at 7:00, and Ann Rynne of West Clare Taking Care hopes it will break down the stigma surrounding mental health.
