A West Clare mum is making fresh calls for the Government to make progress on providing legislation for surrogacy.
It’s after concerns were raised that the Assisted Human Reproduction Bill will exclude international surrogacy, leaving families and children without any legal protection.

A Joint Oireachtas Committee on the matter was formed in February, though was disbanded in July after it produced its final report which issued more than 30 recommendations.
