Two car dealerships in Miltown Malbay have been included on the Revenue's latest list of tax defaulters.
Both Mark Maguire Motors Ltd., with an address at Ennis Road, Miltown Malbay, and Derek Considine Car Sales Ltd. in the town have been found to have underdeclared vat following audits undertaken by Revenue.
Derek Considine Car Sales have made a settlement of €73,428.25, including €14,736.60 in penalties, while Mark Maguire Motors have paid penalties of €11,597 in a settlement of €53,791.
Also included on the list is Service Station/Shop Operator Tasawar Hussain, with an address of Mughal Service Station, Larkins Cross, Corbally Road near Limerick.
He has made a settlement of €76,628.54 following an underdeclaration of VAT and Income Tax.
