A low level yellow weather warning has been issued for Clare.
Met Eireann has forecast winds of up to 65 kilometres per hour and gusts of up to 110 kilometres per hour this evening and overnight.
The warning which comes into for from 6 o’clock this evening remains in place until 9 o’clock tomorrow morning, and also covers Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Donegal, Cork and Kerry.
