Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow Wind Warning for the entire country.
Forecasters say winds associated with Storm Chandra will be very strong and gusty particularly on coasts and in exposed areas.

The weather service has also issued a Status Yellow Gale Warning for coastal areas including Clare.
Possible impacts include:
• Fallen trees and loose debris
• Wave over-topping
• Hazardous travel conditions
The alert will take effect at 3.00am Tuesday and remain in place until 11.00pm (Tuesday).
