Two Weeks Worth Of Rain Expected In 24 Hours As Yellow Weather Alert Issued For Clare

Around two weeks worth of rain is expected to fall in the west over the next 24 hours.

A status yellow rainfall alert is in place for Clare, as well as Limerick, Connacht, Donegal, Cork and Kerry until 6am tomorrow morning with 60 millimetres expected, which could lead to some flooding in parts.

A similar wind alert for Galway and Mayo will be in place from 10am.
