Concerns are growing with a storm approaching for the weekend but Senior Engineer with Clare County Council John Leahy says it’s the rainfall today that will be the most pressing concern for Clonlara.

Meanwhile, the National Emergency Coordination Group is to meet this morning to discuss preparations ahead of the Storm’s arrival, given the level of rainfall already experienced this month and the resulting floods.
