Waterways Ireland has been branded a disgrace over it’s level of communication with South-East Clare landowners regarding the Shannon Greenway.
The project which aims to connect Limerick to Scariff will be completed in four stages and run for 43kms.

At a meeting of the Clare Tourism Strategic Policy Committee this week, Waterways Ireland presented their preffered route options.
SPC member and Parteen farmer Tom Lane says the lack of consultation has been unacceptable.
