Homes and businesses in Shannon could be without water until this evening due to maintenance works taking place.
Uisce Éireann is carrying out a meter exchange which it says could affect water supply to Cronan Lawn, Aidan Park and surrounding areas.

The operation began at 10am and will conclude at 4pm.
The water utility has warned that it can take between three and four hours for supply to fully return.
