Uisce Eireann is advising the public of potential water outages in West Clare and Ennis today.
Repairs to a burst water main in the Lisdeen area are expected to cause supply disruptions in Kilkee and its surrounding areas.

Works are scheduled to take place until 5pm this evening.
However the utility recommends that consumers allow an additional 2-3 hours for supply to fully return.
Elsewhere Uisce Eireann is currently investigating reports of supply disruptions at Tobarteascáin and its surrounding areas in Ennis.
